Q: Do you provide commercial plumbing services or residential services?
Both. But our focus is on commercial/industrial work. That said, it is not easy to keep 100% of our plumbers employed 100% of the time. And no one wants a break in employment (and income) during the off-peak season. So residential work is a great opportunity to keep our staff fully employed while putting their superb skills to work for our residential customers. And the tools and skills required for commercial work make residential work a snap for us!
Q: Are your company and employees licensed and insured for work in Virginia?
Yes. And we are bonded for commercial/industrial work as appropriate for each job.
Q: Can I pay my bill online?
Not yet, but we may implement on-line payment by debit/credit card in the future. In the meantime, for our residential customers, we accept cash, check, or money order. Depending on the work, payment may be made that day, or we may send you a bill for the balance of payment at a later date. For our commercial/industrial clients, the type of job and specifics of each contract will dictate how and when payments need to be made.

Our Estimating and Project Planning/Project Management Services are mostly for our own work. But when we team/partner with other companies, we can provide those services for the entire team as needed. On a case by case basis, as our schedule permits, we can provide those services for other small business partners.
